Research Interests: 
American Pragmatism, Feminist Philosophy, Philosophy of Gender, and Queer Theory
Dr. Blum's research explores how transactions between American Pragmatism and Queer Theory can mutually benefit one another. Specifically, she focuses on how merging these frameworks re-frames conceptions of identity/personhood and LGBTIA+ issues.
