Please be advised that Morgan State University will be closed for Winter Break starting at 5 PM on December 23, 2025. The campus will reopen on Monday, January 5, 2026, at 8 AM. During this time, the Office of the Registrar will be closed for services.
We will close all service request forms at 5 PM on December 17, 2025, so we can complete as many requests as possible before the university closure. Service request forms will be made available at 8 am on January 5, 2026.
All paper transcripts ordered by December 22, 2025, will be mailed before the close of business. Any orders placed after that time will be processed when the university reopens in January. Depending on dates of attendance, some electronic transcripts will be available for immediate delivery.
