Ms. Benn oversees on-campus recruitment operations, including management of the Center’s employer partnership program, establishing new and maintaining current relationships with organizations interested in hiring MSU students and alumni. She organizes the many career-related events offered each year by the Center for Career Development. She also provides one-on-one career advising to alumni and graduate students.

She is a two-time alumna of Towson University, with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development.
