For the Media

How May We Help You?

Morgan's Office of Public Relations & Strategic Communications (OPRSC) is the central communications hub for the entire university. OPRSC is responsible for managing all facets of the University’s internal and external communications functions, including but not limited to marketing, branding, crisis communications, media relations, advertising and social media. The office works to promote and increase visibility and understanding to support the University's strategic priorities, mission, and vision.

If you are a member of the Morgan community seeking communications assistance for your unit area, please refer to our online Project Request form.

Media Relations

OPRSC provides media relations assistance to print, broadcast, and online media  outlets. The members of our team can connect reporters with designated spokespeople or faculty experts, coordinate interview requests or provide official University statements. We can also assist members of the media with any on campus photography or videography requests. Please note that all members of the media should contact OPRSC in advance of your arrival on campus to secure the proper permissions.

For all media inquiries, please contact the Office of Public Relations & Strategic Communications at, or by calling 443-885-3022.
