As a Career Specialist at Morgan State, I provide individual and group career services; which encompasses career advice, facilitating career workshops, career assessments and coaching, career planning, and all other relevant career developmental services for students and alumni.  In addition to my primary duties, I instruct two graduate-level courses at NJIT in Organizational Behavior and Total Quality Management to facilitate students toward earning their Master's Degree in Engineering Management.  My goal is to inspire, coach, and mentor students to deliver exceptional results and exceed their career goals.

As an Empowering Engineering Leader with 20-plus years of helping a Fortune 100 company innovate through the implementation of emerging technologies and digital transformation to retain market leadership. Coached and mentored over 100 engineering and business students on course selections, work/life balance, career and graduate school choices, internships, and networking. Provided career development counseling to engineers and students through coaching in the following areas: resume improvement, job search strategizing, interviewing and overall professional development. Assessed training credentials to ensure all 115 employees met requirements. Trained four managers on a timely basis to position employees with the right skills and knowledge to do their jobs.  Led team of Industrial engineers supporting operations in the most demanding market on East Coast in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia.
