Mr. Bullock served as a Career Specialist for Western Michigan University and Florida A&M University, where he increased employment opportunities by 23%. He provided career education workshops, career advising services, and career event management. Mr. Bullock helped with planning the Michigan Council Personnel Association conference by fostering professional development opportunities for undergraduate students. Before joining Morgan State University, Mr. Bullock worked in retail management and digital marketing. He is a proud veteran. He earned his Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Western Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from North Carolina Central University.
