Medical Clearances and Immunization Records

Submit Required Medical Clearances and Immunization Records

To keep the MSU community healthy, every student is required to comply with Morgan State University's Mandatory Health documentation requirements. Morgan State University requires all students to complete the Medical Clearance requirements and submit their Immunization records. All Health Documentation must be submitted upon enrollment. If you fail to complete the medical clearances, submit your individual Immunization Records, and add the Immunization dates to the system, we will place a HOLD on your account, preventing course registration. 

All Students

All students (Undergraduate and Graduate) are required to complete the Medical Clearance requirements and submit individual Immunization Records. The system requires students to add the dates of each immunization they receive. Please ensure you upload the full PDF version of your Immunization records. If you fail to complete the medical clearances, submit your individual Immunization Records, and add the Immunization dates to the system, we will place a HOLD on your account, preventing course registration. If not, we will decline the submission and require resubmission of the Immunization records correctly. 

Student Athletes

All student-athletes are required to complete the Medical Clearance requirement, provide Immunization Records, and submit a Sickle Cell test. The system requires students to add the dates of each immunization they receive. Please ensure you upload the full PDF version of your Immunization records. If you fail to complete the medical clearances, submit your individual Immunization Records, and add the Immunization dates to the system, we will place a HOLD on your account, preventing course registration. If not, we will decline the submission and require resubmission of the Immunization records correctly. 

International Students

All International students are required to complete the Medical Clearance requirement, provide Immunization Records, and submit a TB Test. The system requires students to add the dates of each immunization they receive. Please ensure you upload the full PDF version of your Immunization records. If you fail to complete the medical clearances, submit your individual Immunization Records, and add the Immunization dates to the system, we will place a HOLD on your account, preventing course registration. If not, we will decline the submission and require resubmission of the Immunization records correctly. 

Please click HERE to access your Student Health Portal and submit your required Medical Clearances (which include all documentation, Immunization Records, lab tests, etc.).
