To support the Universities mission of health and safety, we currently offer the COVID-19 Antigen test for all students, faculty, and staff. Please visit myhealthportal.morgan.edu to schedule your appointment.

Student COVID-19 Vaccine Card Documentation

STUDENTS: To meet the vaccination requirement, all students are required to confirm their vaccination status with the University Health Center. To upload your COVID-19 vaccination card (fully-vaccinated), please follow the instructions below:

  • Submit your COVID-19 Vaccine Card (indicating that you are fully vaccinated) to the Morgan State University Student Health Center at healthcenter@morgan.edu as an attachment or a photo. Ensure that your photo or attachment is clear and legible.
  • Please include your full name, student identification number, and date of birth in the email.
  • Once the vaccination card is received, please allow a minimum of 1-3 business days for review and verification.
  • Additionally, continue to review your Morgan State University student email address for additional correspondence regarding the submission of your COVID-19 vaccination card.

Please be advised, the University Health Center will not review or verify any vaccination card that indicates that the student is not fully-vaccinated (2-doses for Moderna or Pfizer and 1-dose for J&J). We will correspond with the student directly via their Morgan State University email address.

How to request a COVID-19 Vaccination Medical Exemption

STUDENTS : Submit your completed COVID-19 Vaccine Medical Exemption Request Form to the Morgan State University Student Health Center at healthcenter@morgan.edu as an attachment or a photo. Ensure that your photo or attachment is clear and legible.

Medical Exemption Request Form

  • Please include your full name, student identification number, and date of birth in the email.
  • Once the completed document(s) and any supporting documentation are received, please allow a minimum of 5-7 business days for a decision to be determined.
  • Additionally, continue to review your Morgan State University student email address for additional correspondence regarding your request.

Remote Telehealth Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the University Health Center staff will offer telehealth services to assist and support students during the remote learning period. If you would like to schedule a video telehealth appointment with a Provider between the hours of 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. please go to myhealthportal.morgan.edu.

If you would like to speak to a Provider, call 443-885-3236, please leave a detailed voice message or send an email to healthcenter@morgan.edu.

For non-medical issues, please leave a detailed message and someone will return your call within 24 hours.


The University Health Center (UHC)is a primary care facility where Morgan State University students can be evaluated and treated for acute and chronic medical conditions as well as guidance on practices that promote good health and disease prevention. Clinical services at UHC are designed to provide quality primary and urgent care needs.

  • Diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries
  • Treatment and monitoring of chronic illnesses under the direction of your physician
  • Immunizations including MMR, Tetanus, Meningitis, hepatitis A & B, seasonal flu, and others
  • Tuberculosis Routine
  • Physical examination screenings
  • STI screenings
  • Allergy shots under the direction of your allergist
  • Laboratory Testing    
  • Pharmacy services for prescriptions written by UHC providers
