Submit the proposal narrative and the attached forms below:

Email the completed forms and proposal narrative to hemp.programs@morgan.edu for consideration.
Please note your proposal narrative must include responses to the following information:
- Purpose of hemp growth this season
- Seed(s) used
- Where to secure the seeds
- Your own research questions
- Land use
- Your plans to test Δ9-THC content and collect the data that Morgan State University requires.
