BSEP Program Form

PURPOSE: The Baltimore Student Exchange (BSEP) Program allows qualified Morgan State University undergraduate students the opportunity to take undergraduate courses offered at other participating institutions during fall and spring semesters.

Official Transcript

Official Transcripts will not update with Fall 2022 term information such as Degree Awarded, Final Grades, GPA, etc., until end of term processing is completed for all students on January 6, 2023, @ 5 pm. Official transcripts ordered before this date and missing term information, will not be reissued or refunded

Personal Information Update Request Form

PURPOSE:  To update legal name, date of birth, permanent address, and/or social security number.

Readmission Application

PURPOSE:  To request readmission to the university to complete an undergraduate degree. This form should only be used by individuals who have not completed courses at MSU within the last 12 months. If you have completed courses at MSU in the past 12 months, please email us to have your account reactivated. Spring 2023 applications closed on January 6, 2023. Summer 2023 and Fall 2023 applications will be reviewed starting March 15, 2023.

📋 START READMISSION APPLICATION 

Residency Reclassification Petition

The Fall 2022 deadline was September 2, 2022 at 5 PM for in-person submissions at the BearEssentials counter. Certified mail and FedEx submissions postmarked by this date were accepted. The Winter 2023 deadline is January 5, 2023 at 5 PM for in-person submissions at the BearEssentials counter. Certified mail and FedEx submissions postmarked by this date will be accepted. The Spring 2023 deadline is January 31, 2023 at 5pm for in-person submissions at the BearEssentials counter. Certified mail and FedEx submissions postmarked by this date will be accepted.

PURPOSE:  To petition to change residency classification as a continuing student. Please note this petition and supporting documentation can only be submitted in-person to the Bear Essentials counter, via certified USPS Mail (with tracking), or via FedEx. Packets submitted via any other format will not be considered. Late submissions can not be considered.

Senior Citizen Tuition Waiver

PURPOSE:  To request a waiver of tuition for a semester as a senior citizen.

Time Conflict Request Form

 PURPOSE:  To request permission to register for a course that the scheduled time conflicts with another course the student is already registered for.  Please note this form must route to multiple people for review and signature.

Withdrawal Request Form

Cancellation requests are only valid through the last day of add/drop.

For Fall 2022 - September 2, 2022 @ 5pm

For Winter 2023 - January 5, 2023 @ 5pm

For Spring 2023 - January 31, 2023 @ 5pm

Requests submitted after that date are considered withdrawal requests. A "TW" will appear next to your courses and you will be assessed tuition and fees according to the Adjustment for Withdrawals schedule.

PURPOSE:  To cancel or withdraw from a semester or from the university entirely. Please note this form has to route to multiple offices for review and signature.
