Students who are current full-time residents of Maryland, District of Columbia, Delaware, Pennsylvania (Adams County, York County, Chester County, and Montgomery County) Northern Virginia (Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, Prince William, Stafford County, Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park) and Southern New Jersey (Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Glouster, Mercer, Ocean and Salem) only are eligible to apply.
