Claire Racette is a visiting instructor in the Graduate Program in Landscape Architecture, teaching courses in plant identification. She holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from St. John's College. Claire's professional background working in agricultural, natural, and ornamental landscapes informs a holistic approach to mending, maintaining, and relating to the land. A professional horticulturist and landscape designer, Claire currently works for Refugia Design where she supports the conversion of static yards throughout the Greater Philadelphia area into award-winning, ecologically functional, native landscapes.
