Mohamed Mohamed-Alì was born and raised in Egypt where he received all of his education, except for his graduate studies, which he completed here in Baltimore, MD. He graduated from Morgan with an M.S. in International Studies, which was followed by another M.S. in Sociology. Then he began working as a court interpreter in the state of MD. In 2003, he finally started doing what he likes most: teaching.

Mr. Mohamed-Alì has been teaching Arabic at Morgan since 2003. There are two reasons why he likes working at Morgan. First, Morgan is his Alma Mater and that in itself has a special and nostalgic effect on him. Second, he finds the working environment at Morgan to be quite friendly, especially at the Department of World Languages.
