Dr. Francesca Weaks is a recipient of the National Minority Quality Forum's 2023 "40 Under 40 Leaders in Minority Health" Award. Since 2016, NMQF has selected 40 health leaders from minoritized populations under the age of 40 who have been leading the charge to better patient outcomes and build sustainable healthy communities. These 40 leaders have persevered in strengthening their communities and reducing health disparities amid ongoing challenges within the healthcare system. Recipients will receive their awards during the 2023 NMQF Summit on Health Disparities and Spring Health Braintrust April 17 - 18, 2023. Dr. Francesca Weaks is the founder and Executive Director of The Genevieve Strategies Group LLC and also serves as a Senior Faculty Researcher and Health Equity Fellow at the Center for Health Equity at University of Maryland School of Public Health, College Park.
