Hannah Krupa joined MSU’s Psychology Department as an Administrative Assistant in the fall of 2023. In 2020, she graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. In 2023, she earned her M.S. in Applied Psychology from University of Baltimore. There, she became passionate about workplace research, such as motivation and job satisfaction studies. After serving as a Graduate Assistant at University of Baltimore’s Office of Student Support, she discovered her passions for empowering and supporting students in higher education, as well as mental health awareness and advocacy. In this role, she also received the Student Services award for her efforts in connecting and uplifting UBalt’s community. In her free time, you can find Hannah shopping at her local thrift store, writing music, attending concerts, and video-gaming with friends.
