Faculty Information

Thank you for agreeing to teach during the Winter Session. To review policies and procedures for the Summer or Winter Session please refer to the Academic Catalog and the Faculty Handbook. Please be reminded that undergraduate courses with fewer than fifteen (15) enrolled students and graduate classes with fewer than six (6) students are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. Such cancellations will take place before the end of the add/drop period. If such underenrolled courses are not cancelled, pay will be pro-rated according to the Pilot Pay Scale.

Your point of contact for questions about your method of pay or problems with your paycheck is Payroll (payroll@morgan.edu). Pay dates are posted below.

Textbook Notice: You can contact the Morgan State Bookstore's Assistant Store Manager at TM8255@bncollege.com to submit book orders.

    Winter Session 2025

    • Registration Opens - Monday, November 4, 2024
    • Classes Begin - Thursday, January 2, 2025
    • Last Day to Add or Drop a Course (End of Schedule Adjustment Period) - Monday, January 6, 2025 (5:00 PM deadline)
      [To avoid being billed for a course, you must drop it by 5PM on January 6, 2025!]
    • Last Day to Withdraw from an Individual Class with a Grade of "W" - Thursday, January 9, 2025 (11:59 PM deadline) [When you withdraw with a "W," tuition and fees will still apply!]
    • Drop for Non-Payment - TBA
    • Last Day to Be Reinstated after the Drop - TBA (NO reinstatements after this date will be permitted due to shortness of term.)
    • Last Day of Classes - Thursday, January 16, 2025
    • Last Day to Withdraw from Morgan for the Term - Thursday, January 16, 2025
    • Grades Are Due -  Friday, January 17, 2025 (5:00 PM)
    • Faculty pay date - TBA (Payment is typically made by check.)
