Faculty Information

Thank you for agreeing to teach during the Summer Session.  To review policies and procedures for the Summer or Winter Session please refer to the Academic Catalog and the Faculty Handbook.  Please be reminded that undergraduate courses with fewer than fifteen (15) enrolled students and graduate classes with fewer than six (6) students are subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. Cancellations will take place before the end of the add/drop period.  If such underenrolled courses are not cancelled, pay will be pro-rated according to the Pilot Pay Scale. In cases of underenrollment, the enrollment at the time grades are due is the official enrollment.

Textbook adoptions are due by April 12, 2025. Contact your Chair, if needed, for information about this process of view the instructional material in Canvas.

Has your address changed? Please contact the Office of Human Resouces. You will need to complete new tax forms to change your address for the contractual payroll.
