Ordering Transcripts & Enrollment and Degree Verification
CURRENT STUDENTS: Please know that although your grades are posted as they are received, your transcript may not be officially updated with excluded course repeats, GPA recalculation, Dean's List notation, degree posted, etc.) until after the end of term process is completed on May 25, 2018. Transcripts ordered on hold until end of term will be processed in the order in which they are received as soon as the end of term processing is completed.
Parchment Inc. will facilitate your request 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply click on the Official MSU Transcript link below (you may also access this site through myMSU). Periodically throughout the day, Morgan State will receive requests from Parchment Inc. and process them within our business hours (M-F 8:00a-5:00p). Parchment Inc. uses current web encryption technology and your information will be secure.

Enrollment & Degree Verification
Students may require verification of their enrollment of full-time or part-time status for insurance, loans or a variety of other services and programs.
Current, Previous, and Alumni Students
The Office of Records and Registration is MSU's authorized provider of enrollment and degree verification information. Current MSU students may request an enrollment verification by following these steps:
- Log onto Office of the Registrar website (registrar.morgan.edu)
- Under the menu, select Online Forms
- Select and download the Enrollment Verification form
- Once the form has been completed, email the form back to email@example.com FROM your MSU email account, if you are a current student. Alumni students are able to use their personal email accounts to request enrollment verification. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
*Current Enrollment Data will NOT be available until the first day of classes of each term.
If you require additional information that is not available on your transcript or from the National Student Clearinghouse, you can request this directly from the Registrar's Office.
