Faculty-Staff Parking

Current/ Renewing Faculty-Staff Permit Holders

The University will be implementing License Plate Recognition (LPR) to enforce parking on campus, so parking permit hang tags will no longer be issued. You may now log into your customer portal to update your contact information and vehicle information. You will need your university login credentials (username and password) to access your account. You will also need your current vehicle information details. Below is a link with instruction on how to access the web portal. After reading the instructions, please visit morgan.t2hosted.com.

Faculty-Staff Parking Web Portal Instructions

Payroll Deduction – Faculty and staff persons previously enrolled in the parking payroll deduction program for the 2022-2023 parking season, WILL NOT have deductions reinstated for the 2023-2024 parking season. Previous parking lot assignments will be renewed for the upcoming parking season prior to September 1, 2023. This process will not require anything from those currently enrolled.

Bursar Payment – Faculty and staff persons who previously paid for their parking at the Bursar’s Office will be given the opportunity to submit their information to renew. The Faculty/Staff Express Renewal form should be completed and submitted in office at Calvin & Tina Tyler Hall, room 306, from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM or 1:30 PM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday.

Renewing faculty and staff on waitlists will be contacted individually regarding transfers if space is available.

First Time Faculty-Staff Permit Holders

To register for a parking assignment, a Faculty/Staff Motor Vehicle Registration form would need to be completed and submitted. The requested documentation should be returned in office at Calvin & Tina Tyler Hall, room 306, from 8:30 AM-12:30 PM or 1:30 PM-5:00 PM, Monday-Friday. Faculty/Staff parking on campus is based upon seniority and availability, so please call the office at 443-885-7275 or send an email to parkingservices@morgan.edu to discuss parking availability before submitting documentation. Once you are in the parking system, you will have the opportunity to be placed on a wait list for alternative parking lot options.  Parking lots with no current wait lists are located on the extremities of campus (North, South and West). All parking lots surrounding main campus have wait lists. The Commons and North Campus garages are also available for permit parking.

Disability Parking

If you need to register for university disability parking, please submit a copy of your MVA issued Disability Parking Certification card along with your application. If you do not have a MVA issued Disability Parking Certification card, please contact Ms. Kadija Fadiora with the Office of Diversity and Equal Employment Opportunity, for details regarding an accomodation request. Please note that disability parking allows access to all surface parking lots (garages not included).

Evening/ Weekend Parking

If you only work on campus in the evenings after 4:15 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday-Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, then you would be eligible to register for Evening/Weekend parking. These permits give access to all surface parking lots during the previously mentioned time frames (garages not included).
