Mary K. Foster is an Associate Professor in the Business Administration Department of Morgan State University's Earl G. Graves School of Business and Management where she has taught since 2011. She earned her Ph.D. in management at Morgan State University, her M.B.A. in finance and marketing from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, her M.S. from Johns Hopkins University, and her B.S. from the University of Maryland . Dr. Foster was a business executive with recognized expertise in strategy, innovation, and marketing at organizations like Sylvan Learning, General Electric, and Mars, Inc. for many years before pursuing a career in teaching and research. 


Research interest:
Her areas of research interest are team and organizational effectiveness, particularly in education, innovation, and health care settings and the scholarship of teaching and learning.ch Interests
