Biography:

Golshan Javadian, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management at Morgan State University, concurrently serving as the associate editor at the International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship. Her research delves into Gender and Race in Entrepreneurship, as well as the Psychology of Entrepreneurship. Dr. Javadian's research has found a home in esteemed peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Business Ethics, Group and Organization Management, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Journal, and Women in Management Journal. Recognized for her scholarly contributions to Black entrepreneurship research, she was chosen as one of the inaugural faculty fellows at the Howard University & PNC National Center for Entrepreneurship. Her outstanding achievements extend to receiving prestigious honors, such as the Best Paper Award from the Academy of Management and the Dr. Iva G. Jones Medallion Emblem Award from Morgan State University. Notably, Dr. Javadian's commitment to advancing knowledge is underscored by successfully securing grants, including the award from the Consortium for Minority-serving Institutions and Community Colleges (CMCC).
