Natasha Otto, MA Academic Curriculum Coordinator

Professor Otto is committed to creating, implementing and coordinating lifelong learning programs and the personalized development of appropriate strategies and meaningful activities to propel learning in higher education. She earned her Masters in Educational and Developmental Psychology with an emphasis in Developmental Psychology from Andrews University and a B.A. in Human Development and Family Studies from Oakwood University. At present, she is a doctoral candidate in Community College Leadership Program. Her present research focuses on community college students' mental health and levels of persistence.

As the Academic Curriculum Coordinator Professor Otto is responsible for advising undergraduate students and collaborating with university stakeholders. She is a member of several divisions of the American Psychological Association and has also served her community as Project Coordinator for a Demonstration Grant sponsored funded by the Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene to reduce Cardiovascular Disease Risk in Vulnerable Populations in Baltimore, City, Maryland.
