Bio:

The Production Manager oversees the coordination and execution of student and faculty-led productions. This role ensures that once academic approval is granted, projects move forward efficiently—with proper scheduling, crew support, equipment access, and technical follow-through. The Production Manager works closely with Production Administration staff and serves as the primary point of contact for production logistics, timelines, and post-production support.

Kyle Yearwood is a Baltimore-based visual artist whose surreal self-portraits blend photography, video, visual effects, and 2D/3D animation to explore themes of self-love, transformation, and inner liberation. A graduate of Morgan State University’s filmmaking program, he now serves as an adjunct professor and Production Coordinator in the university’s Screenwriting & Animation department, mentoring students in storytelling and creative technology. He also teaches youth media with Media Rhythm Institute, investing in the next generation of Baltimore creatives. Kyle’s work has been exhibited nationally—including at the National Black Theatre, Museum of the African Diaspora, Library Street Collective, and the American Visionary Art Museum—and featured by the Maryland Film Festival and The Baltimore Sun. His practice is rooted in personal growth and community engagement, using art as a tool for empowerment and dialogue. Kyle’s overarching goal is to get people to not settle with the reality they’ve been given, and empower them to create their own.
