CMAA Baltimore Establishes a $10,000 Endowment for Scholarships for MSU Students

Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) Baltimore Chapter established a $10,000 endowment in honor of Mr. David Ferrara, a long time CMAA Board Member, to go towards the scholarship fund in the Department of Construction Management, School of Architecture and Planning at Morgan State University (MSU). The award was received by Dr. Kamalesh Panthi, Academic Advisor of CMAA Student Chapter at MSU during its annual Holiday Social on December 2, 2022.

Dr. Panthi said: "We are extremely honored and privileged to be chosen for the endowment from CMAA Baltimore. Our sincere appreciation to the Chapter, and our heartiest congratulations to Mr. David Ferrara, on whose honor this endowment was established. The Construction Management Department has been a beneficiary of many of their initiatives and continued efforts to support our students."
