BSCM Facts

The Bachelor of Science in Construction Management (CM) degree offers a multidisciplinary curriculum that focuses on construction management and business course which develops a student leadership skills and technical knowledge. Throughout their coursework the students gain an understanding of the complexity of construction projects, appreciate the values of sustainable principles and their applications, and are able to manage people in the field site. 

At the end of the program of study, students will have a foundation of skills and knowledge in construction management, particularly in the areas of design and construction operations, construction planning, construction surveying, methods and materials, sustainability, estimating, planning, scheduling, supply chain and logistics, construction accounting and finance, construction law, project management, building information modeling, and safety procedures and practices.  Through the guest speakers and internships, students are exposed to field application and industry professionals.
