ERP Project Proposal Form

For best results, follow the steps below:

STEP #1:  Send an email to ERPgovernance@morgan.edu to request an ERP Project Consultation meeting.

STEP #2:  Use the ERP Project Proposal Form Outline to review the questions you'll have to answer on the proposal form after you've had your project consultation meeting.

STEP #3:  Complete the ERP Project Proposal Form (found below) after you have completed both of the following pre-requisites:

• Obtain the appropriate executive approval from a Dean or VP in your area for the proposed project
• Consult with a member of the Enterprise Services staff about the proposed project
