Applying as a Transfer

Entering Transfer students who have submitted a complete application to Morgan State University by the Office of Undergraduate Admission & Recruitment posted early deadline, and have been officially admitted to the university shall be eligible to apply to the Clara I. Adams Honors College. Applications are open May 16, 2025 through June 30, 2025.

The following Criteria will be used to determine your eligibility for the CIA-Honors College:

• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.6 and above
• Earn up to, but no more than sixty (60) transferable college credit hours
• Exemplify the Pillars of the Honors College which include Academic Excellence, Experiential Advantage, and Impactful Service

The 25/26 Appliaction Cycle will open May 16, 2025
