Majors
The NIH RISE program encourages students from across campus to apply to our program. All students must have an interest in pursuing a graduate degree in the biomedical sciences.
SCMNS: Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics
SOE: Civil, Electrical & Computer, Industrial & Systems
CLA: Nutritional Sciences, Sociology, Psychology
Freshman Application Requirements
- Minimum High School GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong interest in attending graduate school and pursuing a research career in the biomedical sciences.
- US citizen or permanent resident
- Full time enrolled student in good standing at Morgan State University
Upperclassman Application Requirements
- Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors
- Minimum GPA of 2.8
- Strong interest in attending graduate school and pursuing a research career in the biomedical sciences.
- US citizen or permanent resident
- Full-time enrolled student in good standing at Morgan State University
