Education:

Bachelor of Arts, North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCA&TSU), Family Consumer Science Education 

Ms. Ashley Washington is an experienced leader in education and student success strategist with over 15 years of experience advancing college access, career readiness, and equity in education. She has led innovative programs that strengthen student development, empower first-generation scholars, and build meaningful pathways from college to career. 

As the Career Coach and First-Generation Program Coordinator at Morgan State University’s Center for Career Development, Ms. Washington’s work centers on cultivating purposeful student engagement, professional preparation, and community partnerships that drive long-term success. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Science Education from North Carolina A&T State University.
