The Center for Career Development partners with Morgan Bears from their first day on campus through graduation and beyond. Through transformative, student-centered experiences, innovative career education, strong employer and alumni partnerships, and access to valuable opportunities, we prepare students to navigate an evolving workforce and a rapidly changing world. From internships and experiential learning to career coaching, networking, and graduate school preparation, we help students connect their Morgan experience to future success.

Our goal is simple: to empower every Morgan Bear to graduate with the skills, experiences, professional network, and sense of purpose needed to lead, contribute, and make a lasting impact in their careers, communities, and beyond.
