Sekile M. Nzinga, Alumna 1993 - Offers sage words
We are proud to celebrate Morgan State University School of Social Work alumna 1993, Sekile M. Nzinga, whose life’s mission has been to create equitable and affirming environments for marginalized communities. Starting her journey in social work, Nzinga has used her passion and expertise in intersectional feminism to impact multiple sectors, including academia, state government, and nonprofit organizations. Today, Nzinga brings her visionary leadership to the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC) as vice president of diversity, equity, and inclusion. In this role, she collaborates with the SAIC community to co-create a culture of collective responsibility, shared learning, and belonging. Read more...
