Tramelle Oquendo is a Communications/Administrative professional with over a decade of experience in marketing, business development and administration in the legal, education and manufacturing industries. Mrs. Oquendo is a Baltimore native, alumna of Morgan State University and serves as the Communications Director for the Mitchell School of Engineering. Mrs. Oquendo is responsible for developing effective messaging, communication strategies and oversees the creation of promotional and academic materials for the Mitchell School of Engineering.
