Mr. Jon Parker is the budget officer for the Clarence Mitchell. Jr. School of Engineering (MSOE). Mr. Parker also teaches break out sessions for Introduction to Engineering, and the summer Pace Critical Thinking course. Additionally, Mr. Parker serves as the adviser for the Morgan State University Scuba Club. Mr. Parker's has expertise in:

Currently, Mr. Parker is exploring federal, state, and departmental regulations for spending or research activities.
