The Maryland Industrial Partnerships Smart Building Research Project is a transformative initiative aimed at integrating smart building technologies to improve energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and community resilience.

Activities include joint educational, scholarly activities and collaborative student trips to New York, Cleveland and Boston/Cambridge to see urban planning development sites and talk to urban development leaders.

Nuckolls Fund Grant to support the development and enhancement of lighting design education at Morgan State University School of Architecture and Planning. The award will be used to develop an advanced lighting design curriculum at CBEIS for the Interior Design and Architecture programs.
