Brittany is a 2021 graduate in the Psychometrics program at Morgan State University. Her research interests include stereotype threat activation, efficacy of out-of-school programs on classroom performance, and STEM perceptions of underrepresented youth. She is specifically interested in how different types of out-of-school STEM programs impact minority students.

Primary Research Interests: scale development; out of school time (OST) intervention programs, program evaluation.
