Research Interests:

Nuclear and related analytical techniques (NRATs) in environmental pollution monitoring. Current research project is the impact of built environments and air quality on human health in Baltimore City while the following research projects are with my students under the auspices of MSU Division of Research and Economic Development (DRED) and NASA-Goddard Earth Sciences Technology and Research (GESTAR): (i) Ozone Column Trend over Morgan State University (MSU); (ii) Environmental Effects on Aquaculture; (iii) Satellite Analysis of Biomass burning effects on Land Surface and Air Quality; (iv) Temperature Analysis between Forecast Model and Observation Data from the Morgan State University Meteorology Station; (v) Long-Term Measurements of Aerosol Optical Properties Impacting West Africa Region at All Nations University (ANU) through NASA AErosol RObotic NETwork (AERONET) system.
