School of Social Work Faculty Engagement at AERA 2026
Faculty from the School of Social Work at Morgan State University participated in the 2026 American Educational Research Association (AERA) Annual Meeting, engaging in critical conversations on education, equity, and community-based practice. Dr. Marline Francois-Madden contributed to sessions on neurodivergent inclusion, Youth Participatory Action Research, and culturally grounded approaches to giftedness, while Dr. Rodriguez engaged in work related to the school-to-prison pipeline, restorative justice, and student wellbeing, and connected with major research funders.
