Mayor Scott Swears in Members of Baltimore’s Newly Formed Community Reinvestment and Reparations Commission

Mayor Brandon M. Scott (D) has officially sworn in nine members of Baltimore City's newly formed Community Reinvestment and Reparations Commission. Morgan's Dr. Raymond Winbush, Director of the Institute for Urban Research, and Dr. Inte'a DeShields, Assistant Professor of English and Language Arts, are among the new commission's members.
