Parking Registration Details

The University has implemented License Plate Recognition (LPR) as means of parking enforcement, therefore, physical hang tag permits and decals are not issued. The vehicle license plate acts as a virtual permit verifying where it is allowed to park on campus. It imperative that license plate details are entered correctly. Payroll Deduction Patrons - No Change, No Action Required!

If you are a regular state employee, currently enrolled in parking payroll deductions and desire to continue without any changes, there is no action required by you.  You will simply be re-enrolled for the same parking assignment at the current rates. If you wish to CANCEL parking payroll deductions, please complete and submit a Payroll Deduction Authorization form, prior to September 10, 2025.  If we are not in receipt of the form by the deadline, deductions will automatically be processed consistent with the current rates and parking assignment. Cancelation forms should be emailed to parkingservices@morgan.edu. Deductions will begin on check date September 24, 2025. This option is only available to regular state employees on the standard payroll.

Semester Permit Purchase

Contractual employees are eligible to purchase permits per semester. Please refer to the price list and web portal instructions links.

Reserved Parking Space Holders

Reserved parking space/ permit holders not currently enrolled in parking payroll deductions, will be contacted individually regarding registration instructions. Those currently enrolled in parking payroll deductions will be re-enrolled for the same parking assignment at the current rates.

ADA Parking

If you need to register for university ADA parking for the first time, a form will need to be completed along with an upload of the MVA issued Disability Parking Certification card. Please find instructions and links HERE.
