*A health insurance fee will be charged to all full-time undergraduate students. If a waiver is submitted and approved by the deadline, a credit in the same amount will be made to the student’s account.

**Students residing in university-managed housing must subscribe to the Silver Dining Plan. Students residing in Thurgood Marshall have two dining options: Silver or 1,000-Dinning Dollars.

***Off Campus University housing options have no meal plan requirement.

Note: All meal plans are available to commuter students.

Full-time undergraduates are charged for health insurance each semester upon registration. To receive a credit for the charge, students must request a waiver at www.morgan.edu/studentinsurance. Morgan State University reserves the right to provide some or all instruction and related academic activities through alternative methods of delivery (other than face to face), including remote/online delivery. It also reserves the right to change the method of delivery before or during any academic term in the event of a health or safety emergency or other circumstance when it determines that such change is necessary or in the best interests of the campus community. Tuition and fees will not be reduced or refunded if the University changes the delivery method during any period or all of an academic session.
