Does Morgan State University have an ROTC program on campus?

Yes, Morgan State University has an Army ROTC program on campus. There are 2-4 year programs for eligible students.

What types of funding are available for a student with an interest in the ROTC Program?

There are several funding options available for a student who has an interest in the ROTC Program.  Each funding type has specific eligibility requirements that must be met and are contingent upon the performance within the program. The funding options are: ROTC Scholarships, Richard W. Collins III Leadership with Honors Scholarships, ROTC Bridge Grants and any National Guard participants are eligible for the State Tuition Assistance Reimbursement (STAR) program.
