Upward Bound Program

Summer Component

The Summer Academy at Morgan State University is an extremely rewarding pre-college experience for high school students. It is an intensive, six-week, partially residential and non-residential program. The program starts in June and ends in July. The Summer Academy is very structured, and is geared to create a strong sense of the importance of education and learning.

Upward Bound students spend their weekdays on the campus of Morgan State University attending classes scheduled, Mondays through Thursdays. Fridays are field trip days. Please note: Students will not be able to leave a group activity until we return to the Morgan State University campus.
