Ms. Francis has worked as an administrative assistant within the Department of Teacher Education and Professional Development since 1991. A graduate of Morgan State University, Ms. Francis earned her Bachelors in Social Work and Her Master's Degree in Special Education. She serves as the administrative assistant to the Chair of the Department of Teacher Education and Professional Development.
