Serving as the Retention and Success Coordinator for the School of Education, Mr. James has a fervent passion for supporting Morgan students in need of support to overcom challenges that may impede their ability to perform and or graduate from MSU. He embraces the saying by John Maxwell that "education is an equalizer for those who are challenged- ranging form the poor to the middle classes of our society." Mr. James earned his Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality from Morgan Statue University. He is currently pursuing is Ed.D. in the Community College Leadership Program; his research focuses on Developmental Education.
