Biography:

Dr. Nnoli has a PhD in Educational Psychology with research interests in inclusive teaching and learning, family-school partnerships, and collaborative practices. She has conducted qualitative research on ways special educators prepare students with intensive learning needs for standardized assessments. She led the development of a professional development module in early numeracy for early childhood special educators, administrators, and families, preparing young leaders for kindergarten readiness.
