Dr. Moncrieffe serves as the Assistant Director of Research Compliance and Project Manager of Research Security Operations at Morgan State University. She provides oversight of programs that promote ethical and compliant research, including human research protections, responsible conduct of research, financial conflict of interest, export controls, and research security.

She plays a key role in developing the University’s inaugural Research Security Program under the NSF-funded Research Integrity, Security, and Compliance (RISC) initiative in partnership with several Mid-Atlantic Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs). She brings extensive experience in research administration, compliance operations, and project management, advancing Morgan State’s mission to foster a culture of research integrity and excellence.
