Dr. John Brandau became a member of Morgan State University in 2017 as Assistant to the Dean in the School of Computer, Mathematical & Natural Sciences under Dr. Hongtao Yu, who would later become Provost and Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs. John joined the Division of Research & Economic Development as Director for Research Administration Operations under Dr. Willie E. May in 2022 where he helps Dr. May oversee the day-to-day operations of the Division. Two of John's major activities include administering Morgan's National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) Professional Research Experience Program (PREP) and the State-Supported Research Centers Advisory Committee.
