The Office of Diversity and EEO aims to educate the University community about affirmative action, EEO laws, and Title IX related gender based discrimination issues in an effort to ensure University compliance with applicable federal and state laws.

The office is designed to assist the University in achieving its mission by evaluating and offering recommendations to improve the effectiveness of financial accounting and reporting, information technology, internal control, and operational and compliance related activities.

The Office of Planning and Instutional Effectiveness is responsible for providing customer service training to faculty, staff, and administration at Morgan State University.
