Mr. Ryan Mobley serves as the Training and Communications Coordinator for the Office of Research Administration (ORA). In this capacity, he is responsible for designing and delivering research administration training programs tailored to faculty and staff. His training efforts focus on Morgan’s internal grant management processes while aligning with applicable state and federal regulations. In collaboration with ORA colleagues, Mr. Mobley also leads communication initiatives, including email bulletins and newsletters, to share updates on evolving policies and procedures.

Prior to joining ORA, Mr. Mobley was a Senior Program Administrator for two major NIH-funded cooperative agreements: ASCEND and RCMI (2015 to 2022). In that role, he managed a range of administrative functions including budget oversight, staff onboarding, training delivery on the Banner finance system, and processing internal administrative requests.

Driven by a deep passion for education, Mr. Mobley is committed to equipping faculty and staff with the knowledge and confidence needed to successfully manage their sponsored research awards.
