Mr. Lee is the Contract Specialist for the Office of Research Administration. He joined Morgan State University in January of 2020. He is responsible for reviewing contracts and sub-awards for legal sufficiency, based on guidelines provided by the Office of General Counsel. Mr. Lee also ensures each agreement has the appropriate signatures to be fully executed. He works closely with the Grant Manager and Budget Officers to ensure contract accuracy.

Prior to joining Morgan State, Mr. Lee worked as supervisor for a team of account advisors at a large telecommunications company. His customers included the Department of Defense, Department of Justice and U.S. Department of Agriculture. Contract management, reporting and invoicing were critical parts of the team's functions. He brings over 10 years of leadership experience and over 15 years of customer focused service.

Mr. Lee is a Morgan Alum and is excited to be back at our National Treasure.
